Just when you think modding for Halo 4 cannot get any better, well… it does!
The modding community have successfully managed to port the Stockpile gametype (which made its first appearance in Halo: Reach) into Halo 4.
For those who aren’t familiar with Stockpile, there are neutral Flags scattered around the map and each team has ONE hill. Both teams must attempt to capture the neutral Flags and move them into their hill. The hills themselves have a 50 second countdown on them, once those 50 seconds are up, all Flags in the hill will respawn and you will be given X points based on how many Flags were in.
It is entirely possible for the enemy team to run into your hill and steal your flags (before the 50 second timer is up), so you’ll need to defend them!
In the Halo 4 version, the Flags have been replaced by Extraction beacons as they can be dropped (unlike Halo 4’s Flag).
