hell burger from Library Ale House in Santa Monica was great. But it also hurt.

 

 

 

 

I will also eat any mediocre-to-superb burger with a fried egg on it.

red robin is technically a chain, right? I'd say that place is not only superior to five guys, with more options, but even more affordable. which is funny because you go into a five guys and they have plaques on the wall commending them for their affordability, and then you hit the register and they're like $13.87 pls or some ridiculous shit that catches you off guard every time.

 

in short, five guys = over-greasy, over-priced, upper tier fast food burger. no thanks yo.

Slow roasted, pulled lamb shoulder with citrus grilled haloumi.

Home ground beef patties grilled over hickory wood. Shredded Cheese w/ Red onion. Toast the bun.

 

Keep it simple and you won't have to have a pissing contest about what mass produced chain is better than another mass produced chain that's highly partial to wherever you live.

One of the best burgers around my area are served in a bar called Lumpys.  Those are amazing!
