It's true. 343's version of Halo is very clunky. Halo 4 was clunky and now Halo 5 is clunky.

They literally do nothing unless you make them move up or target an enemy. Even then they're useless.

Has anyone watched the naded review for the elite vs scuf controller? In it he shows an example of slow turn and I'm wondering if some people have slow turn controllers which is messing up their aim. Maybe not, maybe unrelated, but it's odd that some people think the aiming is the best part of the game and for others it's atrocious - that smells like a potential technical issue that doesn't affect everyone. I use a scuf and the aiming is, quite frankly, the best part of the game for me. I think the game feels heavy and clunky in many respects, but the aiming part is excellent,

What's with the massive auto aim/magnetism, whatever you want to call it on the sniper in this game. Every other gun is really accurate but then the sniper gives you like a 2 foot radius around the player and still counts it as a hit.

I just bought a new regular controller and have been having really bad slow turn.

That's just the new Aiming Evolved™ system in Halo 5. Get used to it and/or git gud.
