I'm just going to copy and paste what I said in the comment section:

 

H2A is similar to H2C. Comparing H3 to H2A is ludicrous because you're comparing 2 different games. You can easily melee and get finish with a BR kill in H2C and H2A. The only reason why H2A and H2C sniper isn't as good as H3 is because of it's RoF and Aim Assist. H2A is meant to emulate the physics of H2C as best as possible. It's not suppose to be like H3. Hell, this is 10 years of H2 isn't it?

Just remember, team sizes is a server change, not a client-side patch change. It's unlikely that the playlists will become 4v4 or start matching teams 100% fairly tonight...
