Fileshares are broken online. However the workaround is to send the gamertag a chat invite, then use that to view their profile and go to the fileshare that way.

Yes, and I'll give the workaround a try. I could make them myself, but I'd rather have the standard rather than trying to replicate it.

They are run whenever someone is on from the list, by going to view friends on the Beyond H3 1 account you can see who is online and invite them to your games.
