Isn't a map that's just like this in Matchmaking?

Yes and no.

The map in matchmaking is neither exact nore close to the original map that it intends to be because of it being upscaled for Sprint and because of it including content that combines Halo 2's Lockout, Halo 3's Blackout, and original elements that aren't close to either of those versions.

Halo 2 Lockout Remake built for No Sprint & 110/120% Speed. Jumps, line-of-sights, weapons & spawns mimicked from the original.

This map has been worked on and off for nearly 2 years since the release of Halo: Reach as I later converted it and improved it for Halo 4.

This map resembles the original straight to the core with elements that play nothing the one in matchmaking.

Aesthetically wise the railings that poke out on elbow and S2/ S3 look a bit funky. Gameplay wise I bet using the right settings are amazing.
