Generally I disagree with GFH on the robin hood economics, but I'm totally on board with this. There's shit employees in all fields, being a cop is definitely one of the most stressful jobs, but "it is what it is" is totally unacceptable. They arent hardly punished when proved of wrong doing. Being a cop shouldn't be a career. It should be a civil position with extensive monitoring and evaluation. Between 4 of my friends and myself, we've collectively been personally robbed of over $25k. I'm not complaining cuz we lost money earned with drugs, but that money was never presented as evidence when my homie went to trial. It wasnt in any of the police reports, all calls and questions to them showed no record of that money existing. And I know for a fact at least some of it went to Mr pink and detective towery's pocket(towery who drives drunk and causes accidents). Anyway I got off track. Police have enough power that they need a seperate organization to deal with their shit. Reporting to superiors never helps. IA is just damage control. They need to be watched like hawks.

Personal idea of mine is to make all new recruits spend 2 to 4 weeks in a jail totally unrelated to the one they'd work in. Undercover so nobody knows. Let em see what even a short sentence in a shitty jail(OKC jail) and maybe a bit of perspective will guide their policing in the future.

An upgraded police force will be critical in maintaining civility when the new socialist regime comes for your personal property, private businesses and investment accounts.

there are so few rich people that it won't be an issue. there will be civility among the 99% bc the socialist regime works for them

and we talked about how personal property won't be affected. stop making things up

I remember gfh thought homeowners insurance would pay for willingly letting people into your house and then destroying it.

He doesnt know what he wants or how it works. But if it offers free shit hes on board. Its ok to steal from people because he thinks he deserves it.

My 401k has returned 17% so far this year. Im gonna greedily hoard this all for myself until the age of 59.5-65. U mad?

Oh my god GFH please stop linking to Marx, his ideology has so little do with modern day realistic socialist policies and it does not do those of us who are actually trying to work for a fairer system through the right ways and means any favours... Not to mention it is peak cringe.

i understand that there are bad employees in every field but in a field that wields so much power, "it is what it is" isn't an acceptable answer. they let too many dumbasses become cops. this is second time in a few weeks that a Baltimore PD cop was caught planting evidence. imagine how many times other cops have planted evidence before they had the cameras

i know i wouldn't and that's why i didn't become a cop. but they chose to become cops so if they can't handle it, that's on them. I'm not going to pretend that they deserve praise for doing the job they signed up for that is also, in terms of deaths-per-year, less dangerous than many other jobs.

here's a great story about 2 good cops and a lot of bad ones

The majority of police are great and do their job fine.

Part of me hopes that North Korea will fire a nuke just to see what would happen with the world. How will it change within the political sphere? This is interesting really but probably won't amount to much. At most North Korea is going to bitch and moan but do nothing. Cause that's all they ever do.

The world could use another world war.  Preferably involving India, Pakistan, NK and China.

The polar ice depends on it.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
