I think it should be pools that are used to determine seeds. So pool play but there's no "bottom two teams get knocked out," it's just that the worse you do in the pool the worse seed you get for the double elim bracket

Don't use pools. Stick to double elimination (winners + losers bracket), that is all you need to do.

What about pool play where the bottom 2 in each pool go to loser's bracket? I think that would be best

Bold prediction: new prize pool will be AT LEAST 3.5 mil. Maybe even 4. It's been 2 and a half months and it grew one million in a month initially.

I hope they announce the next HWC is also 2 mil and this one increases by a slight margin. As we know money can dry up (people aren't going to be buying req packs when the content road map stops in June).

Microsoft has plenty of money but they aren't going to keep throwing millions at competitive Halo every year. They are already making Halo 6...

Also seems like a good system!

$10 to the first pro that attributes part of their success to the memes on Team Beyond in a postgame interview

Everyone +repping you is agreeing to throw $10 into that pot too, right?

I'm hoping they release more information about this at E3 in June.

So happy this is happening!nFssDIN.png

Fun fact: Charlotte 2007, Chris was the very first "MLG personality" I had the pleasure of meeting and he left a lasting impression. Incredible dude and one of the absolute best at what he does.
