How was everyone's Halloween? Costumes? 

 

I personally wore gray shoes, black socks, dark blue-grayish jeans, gray shirt, black tie, and taped a few of those paint sample strips (with gray samples) to the shirt. 50 shades of gray!

 

I have a wig and a colonial outfit. I am Ben Franklin for the weekend  B)

Really? Mine went nowhere. How exactly did you program it?

LOL, I was attempting to be Walter White/Heisenberg but I didn't shave my head and didnt have a bald skull cap or whatever its called. Still had the hat and tucked in button up shirt with the jacket. Had blue rocky candy too! Pretty funny. If I had balls I would have done the Walter White with no pants on, just the underwear and button up shirt but I didn't do that.

Went to a party last night, was pretty posh do sit down meal to start with, me and my mates on a table of 8 but there only 6 of us so this random guy gets put on our table.

Anyway, some of you may be aware of the incident I had with hot dentist, and im retelling this story to my friends.so I assume this random guy had read it. 

All of a sudden this guys like “YOU AWARE BRAH??? YOU FURRRRKING AWARE??” seriously his eyes popping out his head you’d think he’d won the lottery or something everyone on table in silence just Bert staring me and him 


Guy was so awkward, and unreal hyped up think most likely on drugs (srs), he basically followed me round whole night saying such things as….

“hey brah lets tell people my names zyzz and yours is chestbrah”
If I was talking to a chick he’d slide up behind me and whisper “repped” 
“hey man lets go on the dance floor and do the zyzz pose” 
“hey ladies this guy rustling your jimmes?” 
"Whose your fave member of aesthetics crew?"

Thought id lost him , was taking slash in toilet, chatting to one my mates about a house im thinking of renting and from inside the cubicle I hear “ I can confirm, I am house” 

Im all for a laugh but mate you need to tone it down, you cockblocked me about 200 times, every third word out this guy’s mouth was some sort of meme or reference to the misc, you need to get a real life pal

i thought we already established that was rubbish

 

had a great arms day yesterday, chest tomorrow

 

life is good

Did arms and does chest next day?

 

lol recovering, not even once

 

on another note, had a great leg sesh

 

did lots of volume squats, did 315x3.  all my squats i do now are ass to grass and full ROM.  

 

people was mirin at how deep i was goin

what you lifting these days duke? hunter said you had a mad squat 

 

Last squat workout was 5x5x305, going to do 3x3x345 on Tuesday. Puts my max around 370 (I'd hope).

 

Deadlift, dunno. Just did 2x385 today, but haven't really been pulling that high of a % of my max recently. (Edit: I'd project a 415 max.)

 

Bench? TL;DR.

This is basically what I am doing. How much are you lifting? I just switched to incline from OHP.
