Just trying to point out that things like aspartame and GMO are things society clings to as bad, yet can't seem to prove why

 

 

 

Healthiness is adding nutritional value.

I can barely do DB OHP 30 pounds. I did like 7 today my left shoulder is so fucked up as I do more reps its hurts more :/

 

 

I feel like I should just do barbell ohp

mofo i did a set of 38 last week on DB chest press, and 75 on leg press

 

come at me blitz

 

then you are perfectly prepared to add 3x30 into your program :3

 

I want to know how heavy we can get this dumb ass rep range

 

I'm still in baby weights atm.

Well I'm 5 days into PPLPPL. Considering its finals week and I have no class and only 1 final tomorrow its been pretty good but idk if I could do this when I start working full time

if memory serves me correctly i did 38*38

 

just realised i had a perfect weight to rep ratio, next stop, 100*100 (i wish)

 

kinda felt strange using such poor weights, but the pump is insane!

Yeah man I literally used 47.5 last time on db bench LMAO 3x30 is ridic

 

Maybe I'll do a 40 1x40 for you bruh
