Halo 5 Weapon Kill Times

The only reason long kill times were *needed* in H2/H3/4 was because of the ridiculous lack of gun skill. 

 

With how hard H5 guns are to use (some of them), you need them to kill faster, so the average kill time stays the same.

The guns aren't hard to use in H5 .. None.

Fast forward to 5:14 for the DMR. Hope this helps.

I can't use it, it's in 30 FPS.

 

30 and 60 FPS made the difference between a 1.46 TTK Pistol and a 1.2 TTK Pistol.

What ...That's never going to happen, but it won't dismiss the fact that the gun is easy to aim with for me.

You know, I have been thinking about that.. Both Jimbo and Snakey are competing, so I have been considering it myself trying to get a team together and go all E-sports.

It's not opinion, it's factual evidence that longer killtimes promote more teamshooting, which equals to less individualism. I'm not gonna get into a full blown discussion in this thread.

But if they want the game to be more based on team shooting and less about individual play then that works.

Dude, ask any of the pros who play the game, and they'll tell you it's the hardest since CE.

I played the beta, and they made it easier since then.

Dude, ask any of the pros who play the game, and they'll tell you it's the hardest since CE.

To be fair, Ryanoob thought H4 was as good as H2. Let's not take the pro's words for it.

Yeah, but part of that gunskill was a really dumb grid-aiming system... get your point though.

at mid-close, where its spread was irrelevant. Mid-long it was a lottery.

When they said the upped the aim assist why should I believe it has gotten any harder?

And I haven't seen a single perfect kill with the Pistol yet...
