  1. Dude, I thought I was the only one from Hawaii that followed competitive Halo. On topic: events this close together can really hinder the scene. Especially when prize money is less than ideal. Imagine how much AM players who regularly go to events lose money wise.
  2. I'd bold "noobiest" and follow it with an "exactly" but I'm on my phone.
  3. I admit I'm not a big fan of AR starts, but just like any other Halo game it's all about positioning, angles and map/weapon control. If you play smart, you can definitely take out someone with a utility using the AR. It's pretty beast with the weapon balance update. Also, you have to realize that maybe you and I or anyone else part of this forum knows the ins and outs of Halo, but as stated above somewhere, this play list was meant to bridge the gap between TTD and infinity. There's a whole new generation of gamers that haven't touched a Halo game before.
  4. Are people really complaining that they have to fight for utility weapons on the map? Hmmm. I don't understand what the big deal is about AR starts. We've got TTD for all your BR needs. Remember in Halo 2 when you started with an SMG?
  5. Are the updated brackets posted anywhere? Internet's out and it would help out the picture together along with twitter.
  6. duuuuude, that would've been awesome.
  7. Warrios in LB. Maybe this means we'll see that Warriors/Classic match everyone wants to see!
  8. Seriously, wtf was up with that water bottle?!
  9. How is the whole 'check-in every 24 hours' going to work for military service members overseas? I know every deployment I've been on, I always had my xbox with me to pass the time on slow days. PS4 I guess? Blah.
  10. Just moved to Virginia Beach from Hawaii and looking for some people to play with since all my buddies are 6 hours behind now. GT: spinatix
  11. All the pictures so far clearly show a battery cover on the back of the controller. At least, that's what I assume that little plastic cover is for.
