160 lbs is not small. I started lifting when I was 13 at 110. I stopped last year and have been doing intense rigorous bodyweight exercises. 160 is a recommended start out to lifting depending what you want to do.
Haven is pretty simple for 1v1's for me when I was competing in PGL.
Although I don't play H4 as much as I play H3 anymore. I wouldn't know what most people use.
