  1. MLG will probably have it at every event. The only problem is MLG rarely has any events anymore. MLG loses money on events, so they try to do as much as possible online. Hopefully some other companies/tournament organizers will sprout up and supplement the few MLG tournaments we'll have.
  2. Halo 3/4 were dropped from MLG due to lack of popularity. In 2007 however, MLG was still getting 100+ 4v4 teams per event with Halo 2. Halo 1 has never had an online multiplayer, so "rebuilding" the community should be fairly easy since all H1 diehards wanted this. It really is a shiny, bright new feature. Halo was MLG's flagship game for 5 seasons... I think they'll do everything in their power to bring it back, at least for one full season. MLG's bigger problem is lack of events. It's widely known MLG loses money on massive open events, so hopefully other tournaments will host some Halo 1 and Halo 2 Tournaments to supplement MLG.
  3. It's my understanding you would choose the map AND the engine/game. So if you chose TS, you could get Chill out TS (Halo 1); Lockout (Halo 2); or Abandon (Halo 4).... even if you just wanted to play Halo 1 or Halo 2 Teamslayer. However, I was just reading Bravo's tweets, and he said they were working on dedicated playlists for each game BESIDES the cross-game playslists... so ignore my post... looks like we're good :Halo:
  4. So... is the entire mm playlist, where you have to "vote" between the different games? Will there not be dedicated Halo 2 Playlists or Halo 1 Playlists if you only want to play that specific game? It would be kind of disappointing if you were forced to play Halo 3 or Halo 4 when you wanted to play Halo 1 or 2 because the two teams each used 4 votes differently and you were forced to play an entirely different game. I was really hoping they'd bring back Halo 2 Team Hardcore.
  5. H2 Account: TheHansBecker Halo 2: 14,504 Games (1.26 K/D) H3/Reach/H4 Account: Th3HansBecker Halo 3: 4,803 Games (1.21 K/D) Halo Reach: 279 Games (1.7 K/D) Halo 4: 575 Games (2.8 K/D) Time Played (Est.): 154 Days Played
  6. I hope its H2A. However, if it's like H1A, then I probably won't buy it. They completely butchered that. How can you make a H1A anniversary and then change the multiplayer and run it on Reach's engine? That was so disappointing. They'll probably do the same thing... change the maps, and run it on H4's engine. Blarg... I just want classic H2 Matchmaking back.
