  1. Has there been any reports that ranks wouldn't be visible?
  2. What's all this talk about ranks not being visible? I thought they were launching MCC with the H2 ranking system? Is there something I'm missing?
  3. Hey guys, used to frequent the MLG forums back in the day, and found this place not too long ago. Well, I've been powerlifting for the last 3 years or so, and my lifts are as follows 360 squat 430 deadlift 300 bench The main question I have is I've always been on the fluffier side, right now weighing in around 250 pounds at 6'1. My goal is trying to drop to around 220-230. I've been dieting for a while now, and have losing around 2-3 pounds a week for the last while, but the problem comes with my programming. What type of program should I be doing? I know there isn't a specific program while cutting, but should I still follow my powerlifting program, or switch it up? Thanks
