  1. Hi-Rez Studios updated Tribes ascend after about 2 years with no updates, and that has an even smaller player base than MCC.
  2. I agree, but I think by 2017 the process that AMD is using should come down in price by quite a lot and have much better yields. I think we are getting a little off topic, lol.
  3. There will always be gamers that will just want simple plug it in and play type of system. More than likely they will stick with AMD for the purpose of having an upgraded GPU architecture that is still similar to the one in the Xbox One. With AMD just showing the RX 480 at over 5 Tflop/s starting at $199, I don't think the Scorpio will be to expensive, I know it's not 100% comparable to the custom APU that will be in the Scorpio but it's a starting point.
  4. Is there going to be a poll after the HWC to see if percentages change?
  5. Pitfall and Ragnarok are 1:1 remakes of Pit and Valhalla, and that is also after the TU in The 4 which increased the base player speed 10%. http://www.gamasutra.com/view/feature/195069/deathmatch_map_design_the_.php?page=2 Quote (Similarly, Halo 4's designers keep a watchful eye on distance. "We definitely have standards for the size that something can be and the time it takes from one corner of a map to the other, or one objective sight to the other," says Pearson. "It's to make sure we're tuning the experience to keep the time-to-death down, or making sure that your time-to-engagement is enough to give you a breather between dying, but not so long that you're hunting through the map and not finding people." Again, game mechanics have a direct bearing. In Halo 3, sprinting was impossible. In Halo: Reach, sprinting was a selectable armor ability. In Halo 4, everyone's has it, and the maps have grown to compensate.)
  6. 343 changing the time between multi-kills from 4 seconds to 4.5 seconds.
  7. Nintendo isn't trying to force a new console generation, they are following the same pattern they always have, a 5-6 year cycle. The new Nintendo console won't be out till 2016 at the earliest and 2018 at the latest, and there is very unlikely this console generation is going to last past 2018-19.
  8. Multiplayer working sort of. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V94vs2GYO8Y&ab_channel=Freelancer852
  9. CE-Reach was 4 seconds between multkills, and H4,H5,and H2A is 4.5 Seconds.
  10. I don't think the One is that powerful, but i know it is powerful enough to run Halo 3 with a FoV of say 90.
  11. The Xbox One has more than enough power to run Halo 3 at a higher FoV.
  12. oh i know, it's just that to me if they're going to go in and fix something that should have been fixed along time ago, it would be nice if they fixed other stuff while they're at it. The first three are changing a few values.
  13. No they are just things that would improve the game, to make it better than the version that is on the 360.
  14. Don't forget for Halo 3 Increase the Field of View Increase strafe acceleration Increase player speed and reduce bullet spread.
