  1. My ideas for improving and rebalancing the lower tier (loadout) weapons for Halo 5 begins with changing shield hit points to 90 and health to 60 for a total of 150hp. I think these settings would improve the state of automatics while ensuring the Magnum feels powerful since its perfect kill time (along with faster equip time) narrowly defeats the easier to use BR and DMR (also keeping it relevant in Warzone) and ties the perfect kill time of the more difficult Carbine 7 shot and the Light Rifle hip fire 4 shot (which should have very little auto aim to balance) only being surpassed by a perfect Light Rifle scoped 3 shot kill which is harder to pull off because you must stay in scope to kill with the 3rd shot. Constructive feedback is appreciated.   2. I'm amazed that I'm only finding this thread now, but thanks for your research. Writing this reply, I don't have the original post in front of me but rather than go over discrepancies where I got slightly different numbers, I'll just post my findings for comparison. My computer sucks so I just kill my afk friend in a custom game and barely press the right trigger to go frame by frame in theater (which can be glitchy but by running enough trials, I'm able to find the rate of fire of most weapons). I use the same formula for finding perfect kill times too: find shots to kill with headshot or all bodyshots (5-7 for the magnum), find the RoF using frame delays (18 frames = 0.3s = 3.33 shots/s = 200rpm) then find the average kill time based on RoF (5 to 7 x 0.3s = 1.5 to 2.1s) then subtract 1 shot delay to find the time between first shot fired and killing shot (1.2s for Magnum; 0.0s for Sniper).   4. I would love to see 2-3 DLC map packs with 3 maps each for H2A over the months between MCC and H5 to bring the total up to 12-15 beautiful hi-def maps. Assuming the last 2 are Lockout and Ivory Tower, I'd like to see other H2 maps like Warlock, Midship (I don't care if its in H2A and H5), Waterworks, Containment, Backwash (who knows a complete remake could transform it into something really cool), Relic, etc. Or the map packs could bring trios of maps from other Halo games into the H2A engine. One of the few things missing from MCC is the ability to cross maps and gameplay from separate games like playing CE maps with H2 settings or H3 maps with CE settings and the like. How cool would it be to get a remastered CE map pack of Prisoner, Damnation, and Hang Em High for H2A?

  8. I just hope he had already finished his work with Michael Salvatorri and Paul McCartney on the soundtrack. I'd hate to think that the finished product suffered because of this. What I've heard so far sounds amazing and I already want to buy the soundtrack. 343i definitely needs to bring Marty back to Halo whether its for Halo 5 or H2A.

  10. Does anyone know exact stats for Titanfall weapons like rate of fire (rpm or shots/s) and damage (shots to kill)? Just curious. For the most part, they seem pretty cool functionally and from what I can tell they covered most different functions/play styles and made them fairly balanced and fun to use. However, and I'm not trolling here, does anyone else think they look terrible? They seem like slightly more futuristic versions of COD/BF weapons (aka real world guns) but they are just not aesthetically pleasing to me in the least. Thoughts/opinions?

  12. Also I just finished the Kilo-Five trilogy and I have to say I think they are my favorite characters now, especially BB (greatest AI ever created). Playing through stealth/espionage missions could make for a fun spin-off game like ODST. Missions from the books or future Kilo-Five missions could be integrated into Spartan-Ops. Spoiler Alert: Also shout out to the amazing cameo of CINCONI Admiral Serin Osman in Spartan Ops- a washout Spartan-II becomes the most powerful person in the UNSC and gives the order to kill her former abductor Catherine Halsey...most intriguing.

I always wanted to see Blue Team (John, Fred, Kelly, and Linda) in action as I'm pretty sure they're all still alive (no hard evidence that they are dead, although most other Spartan-IIs are KIA or MIA). It would be fun to get a choice especially in co-op instead of being a Master Chief clone you could be the squad sniper (Linda) or the fastest sprinter (Kelly) etc. I wish they would have done that with Noble Team in Reach.
