  1. I did see, and, saw Onset talk about it in Wondeboy's stream, it filled me with much Wonder. Maybe it'll be released the day before the event so that there's plenty of time for people to make arrangements
  2. I get that people are not happy with the fact that Worlds info still hasn't been released, but at least that isn't until March/April time and the teams that are going to be there would be already set. Literally 2 weeks until the Gfinity event and still no actual venue information, start times, or even a 'what to bring' for all us newcomers. There are quite a few teams/players that are heading up on the Friday, so, if they state in the next few days that it starts before at least 12PM, there'll be quite a lack of teams. There are also a lot of teams and players that have refrained from booking until all the information was released, which has now resulted in most of these deciding not to come (though most of these probably wouldn't have anyway, but still causes a least a few teams that would've to not come). I've already booked a hotel which is 10 minutes away from the Gfinity arena for me and 2 of my team mates (one can't make it due to funds though, so looking for a fourth haha) but my other team mate is one of those travelling up on the day and the change of venue will add additional travel time. Not to mention the fact that prices or even availability of team tickets haven't been released yet, unsure of how much Gfinity team passes usually cost, but, with a change of venue I'm assuming a higher cost and leaving less than 2 weeks to then get them, just makes everything much worse. Lastly, Gfinity decided to update their infrastructure a day or two ago, which caused people's GTs to be removed from their profiles on the Gfinity website, so even though teams have signed up for the cup this weekend, if they haven't seen the tweet from Gfinity or heard about it, they will be removed from the cup. At least with every other event that has had AM teams involved in NA, has had all this information in due time. I mean, it's literally 2 weeks from today and still none of the stuff I've just discussed has been released and doesn't look like it will anytime soon.
  3. Hey guys, made my first ever montage for the team and I, and wanted see what you guys think about it. We're going to be going to the Gfinity HWC qualifiers and thought that this was a cool way to get people to know the team and what we're like. The montage starts at 1:00 and the clips from myself are from scrims against other teams going to Gfinity. Never done anything like this before, so don't expect anything like Snipetality's stuff, but I have put a lot of time into this so I am really thankful for you guys taking the time to read this and check it out.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sh1gr7432UM
  4. A little off topic, but did you guys hear about the upcoming eSports episode of Elementary? (Catching up on the last few pages, so if somebody has already put it in here I didn't see it) It's got JKap, Tarik, and 2 others as the main eSports players, but "The episode will also include shoutouts to Smash Bros. pros Kevin "PPMD" Nanney, William “Leffen” Hjelte, and Julian "Zhu" Zhu, along with Halo pro Richie "Heinz" Heinz." I think it's awesome that eSports is breaking into mainstream content (TV and in particular a high profile show like Elementary), especially because it includes a Halo pro in some way, which makes it even more awesome.
  5. Thanks man! Yeah, we need it and it'd be great to have. Cool. His name is ZerkzXL.
  6. Gfinity guys! Glad to see some interest for the EU event. Me and my team are going to attend Gfinity as our first LAN (well, when we find a fourth). I've seen some hotels be fairly priced if you're willing to skimp on the niceties (£70 - £100 for 3 nights), though I have seen quite a few of the rooms going quickly. Any EU guys thinking of attending, it shouldn't be overly expensive either, the other 2 players on my team are from Sweden and Spain, where they've found return flights for around £80 - £100.
  7. Zealous eSports are looking for one player for Halo World Championships (including the Gfinity LAN in London). Prerequisites: We're looking for a player that is dedicated, can 100% attend the LAN, is willing to put in the grind to take on the top players and has sufficient skill for this level of play. Our previous achievements in Halo include placing semi finals in the final of the HCS EU open challenger cups last season which got us into the final Legendary cup where we had the chance to qualify for finals, but sadly, didn't make it. We had a pretty strong roster coming into this season's HCS Challenger circuit, but a couple team mates didn't get along too well and some became inactive, so we didn't perform as we would've liked to. We've also been one of only four EU AM teams invited to a French vs EU tournament hosted by @HaloFR_eSport where we got to play against teams like Pulse. The entry fee to the Gfinity LAN will be covered. Any questions, feel free to DM on Twitter. http://www.twitter.com/Zealous_L3G3ND6 Team's GTs: L3G3ND6, ZerkzXL and Strongtrocity.

  9. Hey there guys. I've been lurking around the forums for a while and had some active posting during S2, but have since been inactive and I've never actually introduced myself. With that said, I'm L3G3ND6, from Wales (Yes, the home of 'sheep shagging' haha). I'm an EU amateur player for Zealous eSport and the team and I are looking to go pro. My previous achievements in Halo include placing semi finals in the final of the HCS EU open challenger cups in S1 which got us into the final Legendary cup where we had the chance to qualify for finals, but sadly, didn't make it. We had a pretty strong roster coming into S2's HCS Challenger circuit, but a couple team mates didn't get along too well and some became inactive, so we didn't perform as we would've liked to, which has led us to bring in two new players. We've also been one of only four EU AM teams invited to a French vs EU tournament hosted by @HaloFR_eSport which had teams such as Evolved and Pulse playing. In addition to playing Halo, I livestream the majority of competitive matches like our scrims and any tournaments we play (whether they're 4v4, FFA, hosted by ESL or Team Beyond) and I also do YouTube, mostly covering Halo such as tips, tricks and techniques on different maps as well as covering what's going on with the team. I've had huge plans in the works for both livestreaming and YouTube, but due to how S2 was going and I'd just moved to university, decided to take a little time before I started it properly. However, now that the new roster is finalised and things have settled at university, I'm going to be going all out on both Twitch and YouTube. If any of you are interested in checking these out, here's the links: L3G3ND6's Livestream L3G3ND6's YouTube My next YouTube video will be on the new rosters, what each player brings to the table and all other aspects of the team. The video after that will be an unboxing of some of my team's new apparel line from Gamers Apparel such as our team Jersey. I'll also be competing in some of Team Beyond's tournaments, which I feel are a great part of the Halo community and allow us AMs to get practice against some of the best players in Halo. Also, these are my team and I's social media links, where you can ask us anything you want or whatever. L3G3ND6 ZerkzXL Hun7r Marshy
  10. That feeling when even Twitter themselves know how lit pro league was last night.
  11. Serious team of three looking for 1 that is of appropriate skill level and is willing to put in the time to improve to improve both individually and as a team for the HCS EU Challenger Circuit which starts tomorrow. We've competed in the last few open circuit events of S1 with a quarter finals finish in its last open cup, and are aiming to compete in HCS S2 and online tournaments. I know it's extremely last minute, but we had a steady four man which we felt was a strong team, but due to the change of the open cup times from S1, our fourth can't make them due to work responsibilities, thus we have had no choice but to find a new fourth. We should have a decent seed for the cup tomorrow as we placed top 9 - 16th in the seeding cup today. We already have an organisation for the team (@Zealous_eSport) which will fund tournaments and has an upcoming apparel line. If you're interested and would like to know more/run games, message me here or on Twitter. GTs: L3G3ND6, ZerkzXL, and Righten HCS

  13. He had a pretty decent game on Truth, dropped 20 kills along with Ace. I'd seen plenty of times previously where he was struggling to reach 10. Though, I was mainly aiming it at aPG, as he's been doing really well.
  14. Glad to see Optic playing well and taking games, especially against NV, particularly when aPG and Maniac are proving people wrong. On coliseum slayer, @@aPG dropped 18 kills and had an overkill.
  15. The difference is, one side has explained the situation, whereas the other has refrained from speaking on the topic so it is completely logical to assume that the side that has explained the situation is right and the other is in the wrong. If the 'other side' weren't in the wrong, they'd have contacted MLG and more importantly explained why they've avoided them to the community. Yet, not even a single person has said anything to MLG, even after all this time.
  16. Something interesting from Maniac's stream. Most people say that Maniac is the main issue when it comes to their practice schedule, yet Baby J's team wanted to scrim them, but Ace said he'd rather play some arena and go for a break. Maniac replied with the suggestion that Ace isn't about the grind and they both had some form of disagreement as Ace had something 'he could say, but won't' also, Ace said he'd only want to play top teams. Right after this, they went up against them in team arena with 3 of them as aPG had disconnected, but got beat 100 - 32. Take from this what you will, but at the very least it shows that Maniac is at least starting to get his ass into gear.
  17. Aye, 100 Thieves. After he dropped the roster, they made a team called 100 Ls.
