  7. Same protein im using right now, cheap and effective. I was using ISO 100 (excellent product) but the price was a little bit high so i changed to ON. All you need is 5g creatine a day, theres a lot of research on that topic. No need to do that "loading phase" or whatever for the first week. I usually buy my creatine monohydrate from a website called NutriVitaShop for $8.95 (1000g or 2.2lb). Creatine is one of the cheapest and best supplements nowadays, fully recommended. Agreed. Eat to perform, eat your carbs especially on training days! Low carbs for active rest or non-training days. First 2 weeks are going to be the worst and you are going to lose a lot of water weight initially. If you are also working out you'll need at least some carbs. Dont cut them out completely from your diet.
  8. Hi guys! Lurker for quite some time now.. finally decided to post here. I'll try to be more active in this thread. Gamer (obviously) & avid crossfitter (nothing serious, just for my overall fitness and well-being). Been reading some of you guys numbers and we are quite there! All 1RM Numbers (in pounds): Back Squat - 367 Front Squat - 320 Bench Press - 285 DL - 425 Clean and Jerk - 255 Snatch - 205 Anyways.. been following a pretty tough 20 Rep Squat Program. Its more mental than anything I think but im really liking it so far. First find your 5RM on week 1. For Week 2, Day 1 subtract 90 pounds and try to get 20 reps without dropping the bar. For Week 2, Day 2 add 5 pounds total (2.5 each side) and try to get the 20 reps again. Keep going two days a week until you hit failure. If you need more info on the program google it. My 5RM was 325 and im currently going for 20 reps with 260. If you need a change just for fun or something I really recommend it! *Ass to grass squats*!! @@mattBLiTZ ur girl is pretty damn strong man! Awesome!
  9. Long time lurker.. finally decided to create an account. EG - Snipedown, Roy, Spartan, Suspector (****IF LBX RETIRES****) Opinions?
