This place will stick around if they actually put in rules. THC let everything happen and then shit hit the fan.

Well that huge incident or whatever happened and that's why this site was started. And now this site is outperforming THC so everyone came over here so THC is essentially dead.

Cutting is impossible when you're surrounded by booze and candy everyday at work.

Still, I'm trying my best and lost 10 pounds so I'm happy with myself.

Moderation.

While I was cutting I drank 1 to 2 glasses of wine 3-4 nights a week. Just have to add it to your cals.

If the first word you say when play the complete the sentance game is "and"...you are boring and I don't want to play with you.  Also, you're not invited to my birthday party.

Milk has like 9g protein per cup? Things I wish I knew.  Not sure yet if it tastes any better with milk versus water

AND

*Edit for relevance

Getting into the gym has been so hard.  And if I get this job at Trugreen(40-50hrs/week doing landscaping in the scorching sun), my gains are going to go out the window.  Ima do my best to at least stay where I am.

All depends on how much you want it. I went through the same thing, taking 19 credits at school and working nearly full-time. I was waking up too damn early and in the gym too damn late, but I got it done. Barely had an ounce of a social life though. Haha.

Inc pictures because there's not enough vanity in this thread.

Me last summer at ~147lb:

Me at the peak of my bulk at ~161lb:

'Sup, I'm fat. I've been maintaining my weight this whole summer because I have to keep the same measurements for my tuxedo.

Meh, I've never considered myself a naturally "strong" guy, so some of my lifts are pretty weak in my opinion. I've also never 1RM'd. Just never been my style, I know a lot of my friends like to jerk off to their personal records, but I do it for dem gainzzzzz.

Right now I'm looking at:

Squats - 315lb x 6

Bench - 205lb x 6

Deadlift - 265 x 6 (Good ol' lower back injury fucks me for life)

Overheard Press - 125 x 6

I feel like you should be able to Overhead Press a lot more weight with a 205 bench press. I was pressing 135 for a while for 4 reps with a 185 bench press. Anyways, your lucky you can't deadlift more than that its such a pain in the ass.

You would think. It might have to do with my lower back. I dislike deadlifts. I dislike deadlifts with a passion. If deadlifts were a person, I'd probably poke them in the eye and not invite them to my birthday party. But I still incorporate them in some form because I feel lazy if I don't.

Lol, I'm only 21. Bad lowerback genetics all over my dad's side of the family, but I talked to my doctor and he acts like I'm good to go as long as I keep the exercises "light". My definition of light and his definition of light are probably very different though.

Lol Im with you on that one, I am almost an all legs guy, got pretty good upper body strength for a (former) soccer player, I feel dumb saying this but I am a naturally strong person, first time I ever benched I threw up 165 no problem so idk... I just hate lower back stuff, I just stick to squats, bench, overhead etc etc. I do ALOT of cardio too.
