Bungie and Activision have unveiled the official Destiny 2 multiplayer trailer in anticipation of the sequel’s September 6th release.
The trailer showcases Destiny 2’s new streamlined player-versus-player Crucible experience. In the Crucible for Destiny 2, all matches and modes are now 4v4, which has allowed Bungie to streamline many aspects of multiplayer design and balance, resulting in a fun game that is difficult to master.
In the Destiny 2 Open Beta, players got a taste of the new 4-on-4 multiplayer combat on two maps and modes—Countdown on Midtown, and Control on Endless Vale. In the PC Beta, Control will be playable on the new Javelin-4 map.
